Maybe not in combination. When I visited Japan, I was treated to freeze dried strawberries covered in white chocolate. That was absolutely the very best candy ever.

I had the same feeling about the Gushers but I actually ended up loving them! I just don’t think you can go wrong with candy + candy + candy.

I would definitely choose white chocolate as my base (I don’t like chocolate that much) and Reeses Pieces, Nerds, and Skittles. I also really like Sour Patch Kids so possibly those, too! =)

I have a friend whose wife is deployed and soon after his wife left for war zone, he was diagnosed with diabetes which was a pure shock since he seemed to be in a perfect shape. It’d be nice if I can make diabetic-friendly chocolate bars. I’m sure he’d appreciate it very much :-)

Seriously How could I pass up anything where I get to create with chocolate. I love the whole fruit and chocolate thing. Mine would be the Milk Chocolate + Raspberries, now I just nee to figure a way to get rich vanilla extra creamy frozen custard added? Hmmmmm. Of course my second choice would be Milk Chocolate with nuts, all kinds, cashew, peanut, macadamia, almond, hazelnut, walnut, pecans……. Oooo, then there was a place where I tried dark chocolate with hot chili, yum! Okay I want it all, there I’ve said it.

I think I read about this company (or one VERY similar) in a Costco mag of all places. I thought, “Oh man, why didn’t I think of that?!?!” But alas, here’s my go-to-in-my-dreams custom chocolate:

I would put white chocolate chips, pretzels, toffee, peanut butter, and caramel into my chocolate bar.

Oh my goodness! How to choose? I would do dark chocolate with almonds, caramel, sour cherries and sea salt. Or milk chocolate with toffee bits and pecans and more sea salt. Or–the list goes on! Sounds like a fun way to eat chocolate :)

My bar would be for my best friend, who is a health-nut, but still enjoys a good chocolate bar! It would be dark chocolate with edamame, flax seeds, dried cranberries, goji berries, and banana granola.

Dark Chocolate bar with white chocolate chips, coconut, dried raspberries and maybe a few dried strawberries too. Would this be considered healthy “Dark chocolate and berries” not a chance!!!

I would choose dark choc. (it’s so good for you as well as yummy), Sliced almonds (also very healthy), Mango (because I love, love mangoes), Lavender (to add an interesting flavor as well as pretty color), Toffee ( well, who doesn’t love toffee), and gold flakes sprinkles on top (what girl doesn’t love the flash of a little gold). YUM, I can almost taste it.

Hmmmm I think I would design a bar with dark chocolate, peanut butter chips, and some walnuts to make the textures interesting. Simple but delicious :)

Honestly, at this point I’d add just about anything! Dark chocolate with carmel pieces, white chocolate pieces, and macadamia nuts. Wish they had marshmallows but didn’t say that on the list! I am 33 1/2 weeks pregnant today and a few weeks ago was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. It sure has been a learning experience and struggle. Didn’t have it last time. So right now sweets are to be VERY limited or omitted all together which really sucks. There are several of your sweet treat recipes I really want to try but all I can do for now is to make note of them and make them later after baby arrives.

I would create one with white chocolate and cinnamon toast crunch cereal pieces. Yum!
