I brought them in to work so that my husband and I wouldn't eat them all for dinner and they were gone in no time. Love the parchment paper in the bottom of the pan trick. They weren't overcooked at all, they just had a lot of dry ingredients (the peanuts & oats) for my taste. They almost had a trail mix + chocolate fudge feel to me. Is that how they turn out for you?
