Hi Annie!

I am a huge fan of your site! Please keep on posting!

I made this tonight and used two thick pork chops instead of an entire tenderloin and it turned out fantastic!

Just thought I would share!

I made this a couple of weeks ago, and it turned out great. The husband and brother-in-law absolutely loved it. Now, it's on the menu for tonight, again! Thanks for posting this great recipe that even my picky husband loved!

I made this last night for dinner and it was fabulous! I have a tendency to overcook pork (mostly b/c I get distracted by the 3 beautiful, little that are running about), but this was tender, moist, and delicious!! I would definitely make it again. Thanks!

Hi Annie! Trying this out tonight, can't wait to taste it. Just wondering if you ever tried grilling the tenderloins instead of roasting?

I'm a novice meat cooker, so I was preparing myself for some disappointments that usually accompany my first try at a meat recipe, but this turned out PERFECTLY. I served it with oranges and red onion drizzled with salt and olive oil plus some green beans. Yum! Both those sides complimented the pork so well, I highly recommend them.
Cannot wait to make this again! And thanks for boosting my confidence in meat cooking.
