Love, love, love this dip! I just made it not too long ago for a get-together with friends. It was awesome and truly was addictive! Thanks so much for the recipe! I even had trouble keeping my hands off the leftovers the next day, I found it was pretty dang tasty as cold dip as well :)

This is one of my favorite dip recipes. I leave out the rotel and use a full jar of hot sauce. Also, once my sausage is cooked I put it and the other ingredients into the crock pot (on low) and let it warm up. This works perfect for pot luck dinners at work because you can turn it on around 10am and it will be ready by noon.

We have been making this for years at family events. We always call it "Crack dip" because once you start, you can't stop eating it! haha. Love your site!

Delicious! I have made it 3 times now, for three different parties. I've tried different sausage flavors and have had great results. My husband likes Italian sausage with Italian canned tomatoes with crushed red pepper the best.

We have found that making sure that the sausage is crumbled really well is key to a more homogeneous dip.

This is perfect "woman food!" I made it for a Super Bowl party and it was demolished. I added another can of rotel (without the juice), some fresh cilantro, and a squeeze of lime. It was perfect! Thanks for the yummy recipe!
