I do have a few posts about party planning and planning large meals such as Thanksgiving. You can find them via the search bar. Hope that helps!

Hi Annie - I'm new to your blog. I'm so impressed by what a great hostess you are! One thing I find frustrating when I throw a party is trying to keep food that should be warm tasting great throughout the party. Do you have any tips or tricks?

I just tried the soft pretzel recipe and it was very good - I've never made soft pretzels before so it was an adventure. Instead of pretzel shapes I made horseshoes in honor of the Colts in the Superbowl this weekend.

Just an FYI the melted butter is missing from the "printer friendly" version of the recipe. I made the dough and realized I still had butter sitting on the counter but didn't know where to put it so I just brushed it on the tops out of the oven.

My two year old and I made the soft pretzels today and loved them! We made them in heart shapes (um...and a snake...what can I say the munchkin loved it so much!) and had such a fun time rolling them out by the fire as it was snowing outside.
