Instead of pretzel shapes I made horseshoes in honor of the Colts in the Superbowl this weekend. Just an FYI the melted butter is missing from the "printer friendly" version of the recipe. I made the dough and realized I still had butter sitting on the counter but didn't know where to put it so I just brushed it on the tops out of the oven. I just tried the soft pretzel recipe and it was very good – I’ve never made soft pretzels before so it was an adventure.
