		<description>I&#039;m like you, and have seen this recipe TONS of times, yet continue to put off making it at home. It seems kind of like cooler weather food, though, so maybe I&#039;ll put it off a little longer and make it this fall. I love nothing more than whole cloves of roasted garlic, so I don&#039;t know why I haven&#039;t made it yet!</description>
